Overview
This Cookie Policy explains how Redlio Designs ("Sendlio", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on sendlio.com and inside the Sendlio application. It complements our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website or app places on your device when you visit. They let us remember who you are between visits, keep you logged in, and understand how the product is used. "Similar technologies" include localStorage, sessionStorage, and pixel tags — we use these only where noted below.
2. Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary — required for core functionality: authentication, session management, CSRF protection, load balancing, and billing. These cannot be switched off. Functional — remember preferences like dark mode, saved filters, and the last-active workspace. Analytics — measure aggregate product usage so we can improve features. We use first-party, privacy-respecting analytics and do not share individual-level data with third-party advertisers.
3. What we do not do
We do not run third-party advertising pixels (no Meta Pixel, no Google Ads, no TikTok, no LinkedIn Insight Tag) inside the Sendlio application. We do not sell or share cookie data for cross-context behavioural advertising. Our marketing site may use a minimal privacy-respecting analytics tool (e.g. Plausible or PostHog) configured without personal-identifier tracking.
4. Third-party cookies
A limited number of service providers set cookies strictly to deliver their function: Stripe (payment and fraud prevention during checkout), Intercom or Crisp (support chat widget if embedded), and YouTube/Vimeo (only when a video is actually played on sendlio.com). We review each one to ensure it is necessary and proportionate.
5. Managing your choices
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings — instructions are available at aboutcookies.org. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break the Service (you will not stay logged in). Where applicable law requires, we surface a cookie banner on first visit that lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies before they are set.
6. "Do Not Track"
Because there is no common industry standard for "Do Not Track" signals, our app does not currently respond to them. We instead rely on the in-app controls above and on our minimal default collection.
7. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy as we add or remove technologies. Material changes will be announced in-app and on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
